Our Technoplas Factory has an extended floor space of approximately 46,800m². Here we assemble OA Machines, electrical home appliances, connectors, remote controllers, electronic mosquito killers and power tools, as well as parts for heaters and PC boards, and mold plastic parts for communication equipment, business equipment, cameras, audio equipment and home appliances.

The production system was built by utilizing the technical skill of our well-trained engineers and state-of-the-art equipment, we turn out good dependable products which are first noted by the customers. All injection molding machines are impored from japan and we have our own power station to ensure the stable electricity supply.

• Technoplas Molding
Our Technoplas molding Factory has more than 106 injection molding machines (20ton~1300ton) imported from japan. Besides, we also have gas injection machines, fully automatic painting lines, printing lines for precision structural parts used in various equipment. We also produce assembly plastic parts of OA machineries, electrical home appliances, AV products, etc. for our other plants, the markets in China, japan, Asia, America and other European countries. We have a well-developed production and quality control system to maintain the quality and quantity. With the co-operation of our experienced japanese Staff and hard- working local staff, we are always ready for the challenge of new technology in order to satisfy our customers' needs.

• R&D Department
The purpose of the R&D Department is to enlarge our customers' total cost merit. Therefore, we provide from planning, researching and developing to the manufacturing of products for our customers. our experienced engineers with excellent linguistic skill are trying their best to develop and design from hard ware to soft ware. Futhermore, they are sourcing for the best local materials which can cut down the cost. Before tool manufacturing, they will try working sample for testing and studying purpose.

• Techno Group Sales Department
In order to extend our business to the other parts of the globe, we have set up business centers in Tokyo, Osaka, Nara, Hong Kong and China. (Shenzhen, Zhuhai and Wuxi) The managing staff of our Sales Department can speak fluent English, japanese and Chinese. Therefore, we have no problems in daily communication. we have an efficient running system- studying, designing and delivering. Our japanese staff can speak fluent Chinese so that they can attend meeting with the Chinese staff and our customers.
